THE EAGLE BROOK ASSOCIATION (EBA)

Penny Isaac-Nelson
Director, EBA

Dale Peterson
Executive Director, EBA

The Eagle Brook Association (EBA) is a ministry of Eagle Brook Church that is focused on helping other churches. As Eagle Brook church has grown, the number of churches contacting us for help has greatly increased, so much that we felt we needed to commit some staff to this effort. We want to strengthen the relationships between churches so that we can accomplish the Great Commission of Christ together.

We believe we can best serve other churches by helping them implement ideas and strategies that they have either read or heard about. So many leaders are inspired when they attend a conference, but quickly get pulled into the daily grind and they never implement new ideas. The EBA is all about helping church leaders with the process of implementation.

One of the most important questions a church can ask is, "How do we know when we're successful?" Implementing new ideas and working in harmony with other churches should produce some kind of desired result. The EBA will be helping churches measure six outcomes: growth in attendance, decision for Christ, spiritual growth, Biblical community, serving and generosity.
