The Eagle Brook Association is committed to helping churches implement ideas and strategies so that they can become more effective at reaching people for Christ. We have identified five core topics that we believe will help churches increase their effectiveness: Vision/Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Weekend Experience, Leadership Development. The EBA is also committed to strengthening relationships within and between churches, and therefore will be creating cohorts or groups of churches who will go through these topics together.
A Cohort is made up of 8-10 churches who will network, share experiences and connect for the purpose of strengthening relationships between churches. These 8-10 churches will stay together and remain the same through all gatherings on each topic. The foundation of the cohort is peer to peer interaction. We recognize that Eagle Brook Church does not have all the answers and that there is tremendous benefit to gathering churches together over a period of time to learn from each other and become better equipped to reach people for Christ.

Cohorts will be formed around each of the five core topics; Vision/Strategic planning, Transformational Ministry, Leadership Development, Operational Management, Weekend Experience. Churches will choose the topic(s) that addresses an area of need for them. Although there is no order or prerequisite for these topics, the EBA strongly recommends that you participate in the Vision/Strategic Planning Cohort first. Your church Vision drives everything you do and impacts all the other topic areas. Churches can participate in more than one cohort at a time.
