SERVING
Find new friends. Gain new skills. Develop talents. Make a difference. Volunteering your time at Ground Zero is a great way to do all of these things! Take some time to look over what we're looking for. Find out if anything sounds interesting to you. When you decide, call or email Jen Alfors at 651-429-9227 ext 1116 or jen.alfors@eaglebrookchurch.com and fill out the following and turn them in to Student Ministries:

- Volunteer Application (PDF)

Here's what we're currently looking for:
- Small Group Leaders (PDF)
- Service Team (PDF) Adults often have misconceptions about the skills and abilities that will make them an excellent Ground Zero Volunteer. Don't let these thoughts hold you back.

Misconceptions:
  • You must be young
  • You must have adequate Bible training
  • You must be a perfect example of a Christian
  • You must be a captivating communicator
  • You must feel secure
  • You must be able to act like one of the students
  • You must know everything about the latest youth culture
  • You must be wild, crazy, and dynamic
  • You must own a 15-passenger van

The TRUTH (our students really need adults who):
  • Love God and live for him
  • Have a genuine interest in their lives
  • Take initiative and spend time with them
  • Pray for them
  • Are real
  • Encourage them
  • Believe in them
  • Laugh and have a good time
  • Remember their names and care for them
  • Share God's love through personal experience
  • Attend consistently
  • Show patience
