Group Huddles
Lino Lakes, KWC: Thursday, May 15, 7-9pm
Lino Lakes, KWC: Saturday, May 17, 9:30-11:30am
At the Group Huddle, all of our group leaders church-wide will be meeting with their Group Coach for training, development, and discussion around Leader Essential #4, Provide Care. As with the Huddles in January, we are offering two different options for you to pick between, and we will have a brief large group session with teaching, followed by an extended time for you to meet and discuss with your Coach and with fellow leaders. Greg Grimstad, Eagle Brook's Grace Pastor, will be offering some tools and insights that we can use in our groups to handle those tough situations that arise from time to time. Additionally, we'll look to what God has in store for the future of groups at Eagle Brook Church.
Welcome to the Leader’s Corner! At Eagle Brook, we truly believe that transformation happens best in a small group setting, which is why your role as a small group leader is so crucial. This site is designed with you in mind – on it you will be able to manage your group, find resources, curriculum, training dates, and more. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact your coach either – your coach is the greatest resource available to you. Thanks again for your commitment to seeing transformation happen in the lives of others! -The Groups Team |

We consider a group a success when each participant is being transformed by living out the 5G's (values) in their lives. So, how is each person in your group growing in each of the G's? To help you better grow in each of these G's, the Groups ministry has put together a list of recommended curriculum for you to use in your group. These resources can be purchased at "Beyond Books," the Eagle Brook bookstore, on the weekends. Also, check out the weekly curriculum written by the Groups Ministry staff based on the weekend messages. This is just another tool for your group to use to continue to grow in your faith together.

Weekly Discussion Questions:
At Eagle Brook, we truly believe that transformation happens best in the form of a small group of people. We also believe that when the 5G’s are lived out in our groups, this transformation will take place. In order to grow in the area of Grace and Gifts, we must extend our focus beyond the living room or coffee house in which our groups meet. This is why we value each group serving both at Eagle Brook as well as in the community. Below are two links; one for serving opportunities at EBC and one for serving beyond the walls of Eagle Brook. As the leader, please contact the person listed under each experience to set up your serving opportunity. Let’s begin putting into action the spiritual gifts God has gifted each of us with and extend God’s grace with others!
