
We are looking for numerous individuals or couples to facilitate groups that desire to help people connect in community, grow in their faith, and serve others. We provide the training and tools to prepare you; no previous experience necessary. New potential leaders will be asked to attend our New Leader Orientation, fill out a brief application, and attend Grouplink to start a group.

Time Commitment: Attends a Grouplink to start a group. Continues to serve weekly or bi-weekly.
New Group Leader Orientation

We are looking for people that are excited to help others get connected into groups at Grouplink. This volunteer role requires a minimal time commitment and is a great way to get more involved in the Groups Ministry.

Time Commitment: Serves at Grouplink, plus a few hours the two weeks before and after Grouplink.
Set-Up: Remove weekend chairs in Lower Worship Center at the White Bear campus. Set up tables with chairs and decorate the lobby, tables, and stage.
Time Commitment: 3 hours
Take-Down: Take down and pack up decorations, remove tables with chairs, and clean up. Set up weekend chairs back to their regular configuration.
Time Commitment: 2 hours
Check-in: Help check-in people for Grouplink. We need five people each night.
Time Commitment: 1 hour
Food Team: Help Curt Dixon and/or James Kasal with all of the food served at Grouplink. A great opportunity for a small group to do together! We need 6-10 people each night.
Time Commitment: 2-3 hours
