ABS Small Group Leader:

If you love building relationships and have a heart for students this is the place for you. ABS small group leaders are the frontline of Route 212. You will work with one or more other leaders in leading a home of students during the school year. Your responsibilities include teaching, shepherding, developing and maintaining relationships. In addition to helping the other leaders lead the home of students, you will also have a small group of same gender students you meet with during the ABS time.

An ABS small group leader is integral to a students' spiritual growth. This is a great way to live out the GROUP value and put to use your gifts of teaching, shepherding.
