Membership

You might wonder...why membership?
Becoming a member at Eagle Brook is a way to express commitment. It's a tangible form of ownership—stepping fully into our church community, agreeing to living out our values, and making more personal the mission to reach people for Christ.

Living out our 9 Core Beliefs and 5 Values is an important consideration for membership. As a member, you're also agreeing to be actively involved at church, keep our church and leadership in prayer, engage in the annual meeting, and help lead by participating in votes that determine our future steps.

Here are the requirements:

Step 1: Attend a Closer Look Class

Closer Look is an opportunity to get further connected at the location you attend, to dig into what makes Eagle Brook unique, and learn about where we are headed as a church. You only need to attend one 30-minute session. Class schedule varies by campus—check with your campus staff, visit the Next Steps area at your campus, or find updates on your campus' Facebook Group!

Step 2: Get Baptized

Baptism is a public declaration of your faith and an act of obedience in your walk with Jesus.
If you have already been baptized by immersion at Eagle Brook or at another church, you can let us know when you complete your membership application!

Step 4: Meet With a Pastor

Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, a pastor from your campus will contact you to schedule a meeting. In this meeting, you will be asked to share about your faith story, your current walk with Jesus, and your involvement in our church. You'll also be able to ask any questions you may have about Eagle Brook and membership.
